Since opening POD Architects in 2009, Paul has created a design service based on international large practice principles with a small practice personality. Paul has contributed to design locally and internationally, ranging from intricate bespoke commissions to large-scale development projects, using experience gained over 30 years in the Architecture world.
Currently completing her part 3 at the Architectural Association School of Architecture, Maria’s work has been recognised by platforms including the AA Files and 3nta.com. Maria’s experience spans from Athens to Watford, where her current focus project consists of 150 family homes and 700 contemporary apartments.
Dylan joined POD in 2017 and is engaged on a wide range of projects across all design stages. Dylan previously worked in Northern Ireland, focusing on residential and educational projects based in the UK and UAE. He has brought with him an excellent level of understanding in design and Building Information Modelling (BIM), helping to implement BIM across all of POD’s current projects.
POD’s Studio Manager since April 2017, Maxine is responsible for maintaining the high level of service and quality at POD Architects. Experienced in marketing and administration, Maxine continues to develop her skills with POD as the key organiser of human resources, credit control, events, and ensures POD’s Quality Assurance is managed to an ISO 9001 standard.
Ryan has completed studies in Canterbury, London and Brighton and for his Master’s in Architecture was accredited a Distinction. Ryan has worked on high end and residential projects in Folkestone, Margate, Whitstable and London. He also has experience in one-off houses, luxury apartments, and has provided design solutions for refugees in Greece.
Having studied Architecture in Lisbon and Brussels, Camila joined us in 2017 and has since provided valuable insight into bespoke joinery and ironmongery on our residential projects. Accustomed with smaller housing projects, Camila’s interest began with assisting her father in his Construction company, granting early experience in detailing and compiling construction packages.
Robert has nearly twenty years’ experience in the world in Architecture and has been responsible for many of POD’s residential projects since joining the team in 2015. Rob has experience in urban regeneration and more recently has been focused on regeneration in the town of Caterham, with a target of submitting planning for up to 190 PRS apartments.
Following Milena’s graduation from Wroclaw’s University of Technology with a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, her Master’s was nominated for Poland’s Diploma of the Year award, a BDA – SARP award, and was published in ARCH Magazine. Since joining POD in 2016, Milena has assisted in designing 730 homes, ranging from modern apartments to family housing.
With a Master’s in Architecture from South Korea, Jusik completed his studies specifying in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Energy Simulation. Having also studied in Lithuania, Jusik’s work continues to prove that in a modern Architectural world propelled by BIM, an understanding of the newest technology is key to a practice’s success.
